Having decided where she belongs, Quess has left for Sweetwater alongside Char. Given her high level of Newtype abilities, she is assigned the Alpha Azieru and sent to seize the Federation Space Force's base, Luna II. However, little does she know that on that outpost is her father.
Ten elite space cadets, from different races spread across the galaxy, are assigned to board a decommissioned spaceship as their final test.
